Apartment building project on a corner plot between a cul-de-sac and a public stair. The process transforms stacked parking, shared facilities and duplexes into a mass articulated by patios, terraces and vertical connections. The selection follows the development of geometric upper volumes through physical models, renderings, diagrams, plans and sections.
