Reuse, topography and a new skin

The winning entry in an invited competition transforms an unfinished hotel structure into a complex for hospitality, housing and collective activities. A new topography shapes access and open spaces; cuts and additions to the existing volumes are combined with a timber envelope. The archive includes sketches, physical models, typological studies, sections and renderings.
